Sean Frame kicks off campaign against McClintock

   At a kickoff event in Placerville, Sean Frame pointed out several issues where he contends McClintock votes against residents
of District 4.

   Voting to appeal the Affordable Care Act,  to cut Social Security and Medicare and against Women's Rights are some of the policies where Frame opposes McClintock.
