Does anyone know anything about a Brian Foster, who wrote to us claiming to be a friend of
Robin Wellmaker?
In this email he stated that Robin Wellmaker hasn't worked for PG&E or ACRT for over a year, that she is a Certified Utility Arborist through the International Society of Arboriculture, and that he would give her our contact information to clear this all up.
Foster no longer responds to our emails and Wellmaker never replied either.
We are doing an investigation into what a Brian Foster's involvement is in this situation and will report when we learn more.
