Since he is fluent in Spanish, Beto O'Rourke went directly to Telemundo viewers and others who's primary language may be Spanish.
It was a smart thing to do, as Democrats need those Hispanic voters in the next Presidential election. Cory Booker looked shocked when O'Rourke began speaking in Spanish.
