According to the CHP report on July 20, 2019 around 11:10 AM Jerry Inman (64) of Stockton was riding a 2005 Kawasaki motorcycle
on Hwy 26 at 30 to 35 MPH.
For an unknown reason he allowed his motorcycle to drift to the right and leave the roadway, continuing to the right until it hit an uphill dirt embankment.
The impact caused the motorcycle to overturn and Inman was thrown from the vehicle onto the roadway.
Inman was flown from the scene to Modesto Memorial Hospital with moderate injuries. Drugs and or alcohol were not determined to be a factor in this collision.
