On August 13, 2019 Angels Camp Police arrested Jeff Robert Banker (57) of Vallecito at the CVS Pharmacy.
Banker was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged DUI with Prior Convictions, a felony and for DUI Alcohol or Drugs and DUI over .08%, misdemeanors.
