Friends of Calaveras Animal Services (FOCAS) and Calaveras Animal Services need your help to feed the possibly 30 horses being rescued and taken to the Calaveras Fairgrounds.
Donations of alfalfa or oats for the horses, some of whom are mares with foals, is much needed. Also if you can donate some time to go to the fairgrounds and help care for these animals, please contact Debbie Beaufort at beaudog1944@gmail.com.
Also, chickens number around 150 and need scratch and straw for bedding. PLEASE HELP!!
