Public trails along waterways filled with sewage and e-coli

How long before Angels Creek looks like this?

   The Angels Camp City Council has been adamant that they want the public to have access to Angels Creek via a pathway
they are constructing
with taxpayer dollars.

   The American River in Sacramento, as well as most other rivers or lakes with trails are now infected with e-coli due to raw feces being swept into the waterways.  What a lovely thing to look forward to.

  Homeless add to this problem as they look for places to camp on these trails. Property owners along Angels Creek will lose property value as the polluted water becomes publicized.
