On October 22, 2019 the Calaveras Sheriff's Office arrested John Rand (34) of Copperopolis on Littlejohn Road.
Rand was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Arson of an Inhabited Structure and Arson during a State of Emergency, both felonies.
