UPDATE: CHP indicates injuries are minor. The roadway is now clear.
October 22, 2019 at 12:40 PM: A big rig and a Honda reportedly collided at Hwy 88 and Liberty Road in Clements.
An ambulance and other emergency responders are arriving at the scene. A woman was apparently trapped inside the Honda initially.
