On November 5, 2019 Angels Camp will hold a Special Election ahead of the March 2020 scheduled
Primary.
On the ballot is raising the TOT (tourist tax) 10% and whether to make the City Council Clerk and Treasure appointed offices instead of elected.
It makes no sense to hold elections for the Council Clerk and Treasurer. They should be appointed.
