Why challenge Supervisor Garamendi?

   We have to wonder why a woman in District 2 is bothering to challenge Supervisor of District 2 Jack Garamendi
in the upcoming election in March 2020.

   Garamendi is very popular and his only opposition is the extremist right wing, few in numbers.
