November 27, 2019 at 2:15 PM: The Dollar General delivery big rig got hung up trying to turn
into the Arnold parking lot on Hwy 4 and is stuck.
A big rig tow is being dispatched to the scene. The entrance is blocked and other vehicles cannot leave the parking lot.
