UPDATE: Witnesses say this is closer to Toyon Middle School and was started at a
transformer on a pole.
November 26, 2019 at 6:40 PM: A fire with power lines down has been reported at Hwy 49 and Hwy 12 in San Andreas.
Several fire units are responding to the scene.
