On January 26, 2020 Calaveras Sheriff deputies arrested Michael Garrett (32) of Murphys at The Lakes Treatment Center in Copperopolis.
Garrett was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Assault with a deadly weapon, not a firearm and Inflicting Corporal Injury on a Spouse, both felonies and for Willful Cruelty to a child, a misdemeanor.
