On February 21, 2020 Calaveras Sheriff deputies arrested Jason Paul Berry, Jr. (40) at his residence onMain Street in Paloma.
Berry was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Assault with a Firearm, Willful cruelty to a child, Negligent willful discharge of a firearm and Possession, Manufacturing or Selling of Short-barreled shotgun or rifle, all felonies.
