On February 19, 2020 California Highway Patrol officers arrested Joseph Dykes (37) of Modesto on Hwy 49 in San Andreas.
Dykes was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly
Evading a Police Officer with Disregard for Public Safety, a felony and for Possession of Unlawful Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor and Driving without M1 endorsement, Proof of Financial responsibility and Failure to pay registration fees, infractions.
Dykes also had alleged warrants for felonies and misdemeanors.
Also arrested was Kyleigh Peterson (28) of San Andreas.
Peterson was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Obstruction of a Police Officer, Possession of an improperly marked airsoft rifle and Possession of Unlawful Paraphernalia, misdemeanors.
Peterson also had alleged outstanding warrants.
