Ryan Voorhees, who filed a lawsuit against CCWD in 2011 for money he said they owed him regarding
wastewater on the golf course at La Contenta, which he owned at the time.
Voorhees no longer owns the golf course and the judge ruled against him in court this week. CCWD apparently won on all counts.
