UPDATE: Hwy 26 is closed due to heavy equipment at Quail Oaks Drive.
June 23, 2020 at 4:15 PM: A fire has been reported near Hwy 26 and Hwy 12 in Valley Springs.
It's about 3 acres and appears there is also a house on fire. Calfire has dispatched several units.
