Murder charged for Rayshard Brooks killing...Aren't cops wonderful???

   Garrett Rolfe, the ex-Atlanta police officer who shot Rayshard Brooks in the back at a
Wendy's fast food, was charged with murder and 10 other charges.

   Influencing the DA was the fact that after the shooting, the officer is on video kicking the dying man and even stepping on him instead of seeking medical assistance.

   Aren't cops wonderful?????
