UPDATE: The hazard is a car parked into the lane.
June16, 2020 at 8:40 AM: A traffic hazard has been reported on Hwy 4 at Milton Road, below Copperopolis. It isn't clear what the hazard is yet.
That is a dangerous intersection with many horrible crashes, so be extra cautious if headed that way.
