Arson arrest in Butte County
A woman who was spotted by CalFire officials on the edge of the Garden Fire in Butte County was arrested for allegedly starting two fires, which burned together for a total of 10 acres before it was stopped.
Manderisa Kristen Tate (27) was booked into the Butte County Jail for alleged arson and is being held on $75,000 bail.

He was apparently upset that his dog got run over, put a 10 MPH sign in the middle of the road and now flags and yells at speeders as they pass.
