Chevy Volt vs. bale of hay

   July 18, 2020 at 9:15 AM:  A Chevy Volt reportedly struck a bale of hay on Hwy 108 at Dillwood Road in Oakdale.

   The driver has front end damage, but refused tow truck.  No injuries were indicated.
