July 26, 2020 at 1:10 PM: A traffic collision has been reported on Hwy 4 at Oak Circle in Arnold. Traffic is backing up.
It is blocking the roadway . Minor injuries are indicated. Four patients to be transported. Two tow trucks are responding.
