Notice anything unusual about this tree?

   Look at what is near the top of the tree. Must have been there for 20 years or so, a sign that says to slow down, children are present.

Amazing that it is still in the tree.  So...Slow Down!!!
This is on Manuel Road near Hwy 4,
visible from the True Value parking lot.
