UPDATE: Apparently this was a stalled vehicle incorrectly reported as a crash. Units have been cancelled.
October 21, 2020 at 8 AM: A traffic collision has been reported on Hwy 4 near Stallion Way outside Angels Camp.
An ambulance is responding to the scene. Be extra cautious if in that area.
