Arrest in Paloma

    On October 6, 2020 Calaveras Sheriff deputies made a search of a home on

Messinger Flat Road in Paloma.

   Eric Sosa (42) was out of jail awaiting a trial with specific terms of release.  The Sheriff's Office located weapons in the rafters and drugs under the floorboards of the residence.

   Sosa was arrested and booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Possession of Controlled Substance for sale, Possession of Stolen Property, a felon in Possession of a firearm and Ammunition, Possession of Fireworks and Unlawful Paraphernalia.

   Good job, Calaveras Sheriff!!
