CHP has released the name of the 24 year old victim in the fatal motorcycle crash on February 21, 2021.

DeMasters (24) was a Valley Springs resident driving a brand new 2021 Kawasaki ZX-6R motorcycle when struck head-on by a juvenile driver on Double Springs Road.
