On Saturday July 17, 2021 the Annual California Alps Death Ride will be held and parts of Hwy 4 in Ebbetts Pass will be closed intermittently.
Bicycles will take over the mountain. Be cautious in the area between Markleville and Hwy 89 on Hwy 4; probably best to avoid the area.
