Two West Point residents arrested for threats

    On July 18, 2021 Calaveras Sheriff deputies arrested Alexander Johnathan James (20) of

West Point at his residence on Snead Road.

    James was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly Threatening a crime with intent to terrorize, Conspiracy to commit a crime and Assault with a Deadly weapon, all felonies and for Exhibiting a deadly weapon and vandalism, both misdemeanors. 

   Also arrested was Kasandra Valles (29) of the same address and booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly Threatening a crime with intent to terrorize, Assault with a Firearm and Conspiracy to commit a crime, all felonies and for Vandalism, Exhibiting a Firearm and Exhibiting a deadly weapon, all misdemeanors.
