Judge says Kelly Clarkson pre-nup is good!

Clarkson recently sold her home in Tennessee
and paid $5.4 million for this LA colonial home.

    Thanks to getting a pre-nup before marrying her now estranged husband, Kelly Clarkson wants to sell

the Montana ranch property.

   Since she bought it herself, she has the right. Her ex is currently living at the ranch, but may have to move soon.

  Kelly's income is $1.5 million per month.
