Collision on Hwy 4

  UPDATE:  Apparently the driver of this pickup cut himself while working in Dorrington and was attempting to drive himself to the clinic for treatment. Seems he was in and out of consciousness.

UPDATE at 3 PM:  One person was flown to Modesto Memorial Hospital.

 UPDATE at 2:25 PM:  Two CHP have arrived at the collision scene.  They are unable

to move one of the vehicles out of the roadway.  One way traffic control in effect.  It has been indicated that traffic is backed up at Moran Road both upper and lower ends.

    Two pedestrians have been reported in wheel chairs causing an additional hazard at Rancho Paradiso.

UPDATE:  Three CHP dispatched have not yet arrived.  A tow truck has been ordered
by fire. Traffic is backed up on Hwy 4 in both directions.

 September 16, 2021 at 1:40 PM:  A traffic collision has been reported on Hwy 4 near the Bistro in Arnold.

   Emergency vehicles are responding to the scene.
