Nooner editor Scott Lay has passed away

Unknown to most of us, Scott Lay had trouble
with alcohol and had isolated himself from
close friends recently. So sad

    Every day those of us who follow and love politics received an email from Scott Lay, who created

and was editor of the Nooner.

   If you wanted to know what was really going on in Sacramento political circles, the Nooner was the site to read. 

   Lay passed away at his Sacramento home earlier this week at the age of 48.  Cause of death has not yet been reported.

   He answered every email with answers to our questions. He really cared and he will be dearly missed!
