Jack Garamendi's district 2.
Rancho Calaveras, District 5 will gain more area towards Copperopolis, a change for Stopper. The objective is to give each district Supervisor a similar population to represent.
If it passes, this will make many San Andreas residents happy, since they have not been happy with Tofanelli.
