Jackknifed big rig on Hwy 4--Entire roadway blocked

       UPDATE:  Roadway is now clear.

  UPDATE at 9:10 AM:  The entire roadway is

blocked and tow truck is stuck in traffic.

    December 14, 2021 at 9 AM:  A jackknifed big rig has been reported on Hwy 4 at Beatrice Drive in Arnold.

   A big rig tow is responding to the scene.  Be extra cautious if headed in that direction.
