Stolen snow plow arrest

    Around 2:15 PM on January 1, 2021 a Calaveras Sheriff deputy pulled over a small snow plow

on Manual Road in Arnold.

   When the man exited the snow plow, the officer immediately turned him and put handcuffs on him, placing him in the back of his patrol vehicle.

   Then a CHP, a California State Parks vehicle and a big tow truck arrived.  Apparently the snow plow had been stolen, perhaps from the state.

   Traffic was blocked from going through for nearly an hour, and a woman who arrived at the scene was also put into the patrol vehicle front seat.
