March 8, 2022 at 12:15 PM: A big rig has lost its load at Hwy 88 and Liberty Road in Clements.
CHP is at the scene. A tow truck has been called. We aren't informed as to what was in the load, but the trouble occurred in that roundabout. Be cautious if in that area.
