Chains required on Hwy 4

    April 22, 2022 at 8 AM:  They are checking for chains on Hwy 4 above

Arnold this morning.

    Only a couple of inches fell in Arnold, but the upper mountain received quite a bit.  Caltrans has done a great job of keeping Hwy 4 clear.

   Not so much the county. None of the county roads we saw had been plowed at all, so be extra careful if you have to go out this morning.
