April 23, 2022 at 9:05 AM: A roll of cable about the size of a Volkswagen has been reported on
Liberty Road near Hwy 88 in Clements.A tow truck is responding and a clean-up crew has been requested by CHP. Be cautious if in that area as small pieces of broken off wire can cause flat tire.
