UPDATE: As of 9 AM September 9, 2022 the Mosquito Fire is 14,250 acres and 0% contained.
September 9, 2022: The Mosquito Fire has grown another 5000 acres since yesterday, now is 13,000 as of 8:30 PM on September 8, 2022.
It is still at 0% containment. It isn't yet known how many homes have been destroyed.
