November 19, 2022 at 10:25 AM: Could this possibly be true. A report that 100 ATV's are stopped and blocking Forest Road 7n28 at Hwy4.
This is the Black Springs Campground turnoff. CHP is enroute to the area.
Google Traffic shows all red, both lanes right in that area. Bet they wouldn't do this in the Bay Area or wherever they came from. Just amazing.
