UPDATE: This was apparently caused by a medical problem. Despite
CPR the patient died at the scene. Animal control has been notified of a small collie.January 18, 2023 at 1:30 PM: A Jeep has reportedly crash on Hwy 4 at Oak Ct. near the El Dorado Bank in Arnold.
An ambulance has been dispatched to the scene.
