CCWD hires county employee--again!!

    A new hire at CCWD is John Osborn, who has been working for the county as Director of Emergency Services for the past few years.

   Osborn will be the External Affairs Manager for CCWD. Since cops don't want to listen to anyone but themselves, it will likely be even more difficult to get help at CCWD!!

   And since many feel he did little to nothing in his county job, we don't expect much more. He did get a raise though, we understand.
