Overturned SUV on Hwy 4

   UPDATE:   This is now considered a hit and run and one person is being

transported to Sonora Regional Medical Center.

 UPDATE:  CHP has changed this to an injury and an ambulance is responding.

   April 24, 2023 at 3:05 PM:  An overturned SUV has been reported at Upper Moran Road and Hwy 4.

    No injuries have been indicated. A tow truck is responding to the scene.
