UPDATE: Now they seem to be guiding fire crews to Manzanita Drive which is
across Hwy 4 from the Utica Powerhouse.June 15, 2023 at 12:45 PM: It has been reported that a man has been trapped under an excavator on Ranch View Drive near Pennsylvanca Gulch Road in Murphys.
Fire personnel with extracation equipment and an ambulance are responding.
