Calaveras Sheriff--Shots fired!

    UPDATE:  Per the Calaveras Sheriff, this is actually on the 1000 block of Woodhouse Mine Road, and deputies

have the situation in hand now.  There is no danger to the public, according to their office and no other details have been released.

UPDATE:  This may be in the West Point area of Stanley and Rabbits Foot Lane. Units, including a medic, have been

dispatched to a residence.

   January 19, 2024 at 10:55 AM:  A report of shots fired was sent to dispatch over the scanner just now.

    No other details are known at this time. We will try to find out what it's about.
