On May 29, 2024 Calaveras deputies arrested Jack Donal Martin (42) of San Andreas on E. St. Charles Street in
San Andreas.A woman had stated that Martin approached her vehicle and tried to open the door. Fortunately, the door was locked and the victim escaped.
Martin was booked for alleged felony carjacking, misdemeanor battery, being under the influence of a controlled substance and misdemeanor obstruction of a peace officer.
