With the City Administrator Rebecca Callen on paid administrative leave,
the City Council has now brought in yet another interim administrator to replace her.Steven Miller has a pretty lucrative contract, so this is costing the City plenty. Rumors are flying as to why Callen was no longer wanted.
Some people say it was about a relative working for the city but doing private family work. Others say its a problim with Utica Park agreements.
Is it something to do with Kitchells termination? Or could it be the city's usual alleged shenanigans in planning, building and code enforcement.
Is everything on the up and up with UPWA financials? What about something to do with Habitat for humanity?
We also understand there is some fiasco involving the City attorney's office.
Because the City refuses to tell taxpayers what this is all costing us, the public is questioning the decision making of the council and talk is rampant.

This town has had some pretty bad managers. I thought rebecca was a good one.
