UPDATE: Road closures are in place on Gerber and Buchanan.
August 9, 2024 at 7:25 AM: A fire which started around midnight last night in the town of Tuolumne is now 75 acres in size. It is named the Canyon Fire.
Evacuations are in place for the area. There is 0% containment at this time. Air support is battling this fire.
